Reasonable grounds for returning an item

1. The product is defective (for example, torn, having any blemish or other similar defects).
2. The product is not complete; it lacks certain parts and/or accessories.
   Inaccurate product delivery (i.e., inaccurate product, size, color, or counterfeit goods)
3. The product that was sent does not match the picture or description; in other words, it is not what was advertised.

Refund Policy

1. The product needs to be brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and defect-free. Fashion items are still regarded as unworn even after being tried on to check fit. We retain the right to send a product back to you if it is returned to us in subpar condition.
2. The product needs to be shipped with its original tags, warranty cards, user manual, freebies, and accessories.
3. The product needs to be returned in its original, undamaged box or packing from the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s box should not have tape or stickers applied to it.
4. Please note that to prevent any hassle or delays in the return process, it is crucial to include the order number and return tracking number on your box.
5. For every product, a return request must be initiated within 14 days following the delivery date.

How to return a product

1. Go to your Bokataa Account and click My Orders.
2. Press the “Initiate a Return” button.
3. Choose “I would like to return the item.”
4. Provide all pertinent information on the Online Return Form.
5. Choose whether you want your product to be picked up or dropped off, then submit the request.
6. Keep the product in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packing from the time it was sent to you, and pack your return package safely. On the outside of the package, clearly write your order number and return tracking number.
7. You can either wait for our pick-up service to pick you up or go to the closest drop-off location.
8. When you drop off your package, make sure your order number and return tracking number are written on it.
9. After completing the Online Return Form and logging your return request, you can see your return tracking number.
